ORDYNE Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your ORDYNE pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Items must be in their original condition and packaging
All original tags must remain attached
Items with stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted
Proof of purchase is required
Final Sale: Sale/clearance items, gift cards, and items specifically marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Allow several business days for your bank/payment provider to process it.
Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact ORDYNE within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Because ORDYNE releases may be produced in limited quantities, your requested size or color cannot be guaranteed.
Order Processing
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
During collection drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ORDYNE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ORDYNE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier first. We will assist where reasonably possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
ORDYNE Pre-Order Policy
Certain ORDYNE pieces may be offered for pre-order before they are ready to ship.
Estimated Shipping
The estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, shipping, or circumstances outside of ORDYNE’s control.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the item is not immediately available for shipment.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Pre-order cancellation eligibility will be stated on the applicable product page. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.
If ORDYNE is unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a refund for the affected item.
